Important Note
For private dining menus, all guests at the table are required to choose the same menu. Each menu may include course options, but the full table must follow one selected menu to ensure proper timing, preparation, and service quality.
Dietary adjustments may be possible depending on the selected menu. Please tell us about allergies, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, or other dietary needs before confirming your booking. Food is prepared in kitchens where cross-contamination may be possible, so severe or life-threatening allergies must be discussed in advance.
This menu is prepared in your home kitchen. A suitable kitchen should include an oven or cooktop, sink access, counter space, and basic kitchen tools. Chef Benjamin may bring some equipment, but the home kitchen must provide the essential setup needed for the selected menu.
Please book regular private dining menus at least 1 week in advance. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your event date, and the remaining 50% is due 72 hours before the event.
The following arrangements are excluded from the standard private chef service unless arranged separately: full dishwashing after dinner, table setup, plate, cutlery or glassware rental, dedicated serving staff, wine pairing, special equipment rental, and a full restaurant-style service team.
